Owning land In Kenya

Questions About Buying

You should send a 

  • Copy of ID, 
  • Copy of PIN and
  • Passport size photos 

Among the legal documents that will help a client own a piece of land includes 

  • A sale agreement: Our lawyer will prepare the agreement 
  • Verification– The client will verify that he/she agrees with what has been stated on the sale agreement

Our agreements have the required legal standard that cannot be altered and we also clients to use/her Lawyer.

Our process is straightforward that begins with:

Inquiry: Investors can call the office line or send an email to the company indicating their interest. They can also send their query through social media pages.

Feedback: The Company will respond to the query as soon as possible and the client will be provided with a catalog of the properties available.

Investment Catalog: Send an investors’ guide that will fit the client’s investment category.

Plot Selection: Clients are allowed to select the plots or investment of their choice and be allowed to search with relevant authority to satisfy that it’s genuine.

Site Visit: Our team from the customer care department always makes sure that the client is taken to physical sites where we have plots.

For diaspora clients, we allow them to send their representative to view on their behalf; the client should provide contact to enable communication. 

We shall also take the client to view when he comes back to the country. (We conduct site visits free of charge).

Registration of the Title deed: We send all complete documents to the Land Registry for title transfer and registration (it takes at least 60 days on submitting the documents to the registrar)

Title deed issuing: The client will collect the Title deed from our office. We can also issue the title deed to an appointed person in the case of a Diaspora client who will provide a signed authorization letter instructing us to do so.

Simply make payment to the provided Bank Account.

We offer flexible terms of payment based on your budget. Upscale accepts:

  • Cash– Payment within the agreed time frame
  • Loan facility– We have partnerships with banks and proper arrangement is encouraged.
  • Installment: At upscale real estate we also encourage lipa Mdogo Mdogo payment plan and the client can pay in installments.
